With a view to continuous expansion, Pardgroup is looking for a Junior Business Analyst & Merchandiser Coordinator. The resource will have to support the Project Managers in the management of important customers in the Consumer Electronics field and will have to manage all the activities of the various projects together with the team members. Specifically, he will deal with the preparation of reports and power point presentations; planning and participation in project meetings; monitoring and quality check of the work done by the field team. Requirements are:

project management and planning skills, interacting with multiple actors;
knowledge of the Office package and in particular Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word;
Good knowledge of the English language.
The training and orientation goals

Acquire detailed and operational knowledge on the main activities of a service company supporting numerous multinational companies. Understanding company processes and learning to work by deadlines, pursuing the achievement of the objectives set and in particular aimed at achieving the key performance indicators of the processes themselves.
Know and operate with advanced computer systems, with particular attention to the company management systems, outlook and the Office package with a deep focus on Excel.
Learn to work in a team with the aim of creating meaningful relationships with colleagues, increasing the level of collaboration, stimulating creativity and encouraging communication.

Software Architect/Technical Team Leader

Pardgroup | Unconvetional Field Marketing, a leading company operating in the field of operational marketing on GDO / GDS and retail services, with a view to strengthening its research structure a Software Architect / Technical Team Leader to be included in the workforce.
The sought after resource will be included in the development team reporting directly to the Head of IT, with the primary role of coordinating and developing the Company’s software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have gained about 10 years of experience in the design and development of software architectures for companies in the fields of Field Marketing and Retail Services. He will also have a passion for the technologies used and the habit and intention of working in collaboration with the team, taking advantage of the synergies.
Main responsibilities:
• Directing the team in writing – and writing himself – high quality code, responding to technical and functional specifications;
• Directing the design and development of new features of existing products;
• Establish guidelines for the re-engineering and reconstruction of the software material current;
• Detecting, analyzing and resolving dysfunctions and bugs;
• Structuring and implementing a schedule of deadlines for carrying out the work and achieving the objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of the Php and Java languages ​​and of the major frameworks in use;
• Knowledge of other programming languages;
• Experience in the setup and maintenance of version control systems (GIT)
• Knowledge and application of Agile methodologies
• Knowledge and use of bug tracking software (JIRA)
• Knowledge of relational DBs (MySql) and non-relational DBs;
• Consolidated experience in functional analysis and structuring of enterprise-type (EA) architectures;
• Experience and knowledge of project management procedures;
• Strong communication and leadership skills, which are implemented in the relationship with team members, other business divisions and top management.
