With a view to continuous expansion, Pardgroup is looking for a Junior Business Analyst & Merchandiser Coordinator. The resource will have to support the Project Managers in the management of important customers in the Consumer Electronics field and will have to manage all the activities of the various projects together with the team members. Specifically, he will deal with the preparation of reports and power point presentations; planning and participation in project meetings; monitoring and quality check of the work done by the field team. Requirements are:
project management and planning skills, interacting with multiple actors;
knowledge of the Office package and in particular Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word;
Good knowledge of the English language.
The training and orientation goals
Acquire detailed and operational knowledge on the main activities of a service company supporting numerous multinational companies. Understanding company processes and learning to work by deadlines, pursuing the achievement of the objectives set and in particular aimed at achieving the key performance indicators of the processes themselves.
Know and operate with advanced computer systems, with particular attention to the company management systems, outlook and the Office package with a deep focus on Excel.
Learn to work in a team with the aim of creating meaningful relationships with colleagues, increasing the level of collaboration, stimulating creativity and encouraging communication.
