Pardgroup offers an array of different services all of which have been designed to provide our customers with comprehensive support on a nationwide basis. One such service is the Promoter division: a specialised Team dedicated to organising in-store and out-store campaigns, recruiting and contractualising promoters, hostesses, stewards and models as well as planning, setting up and handling the logistics of PoP & Permanent materials.
All candidates selected by the Pardgroup Team are trained via classroom or web-platform courses on the products and on sales techniques. Moreover, in order to make sure that staff skills are in constant evolution, motivating contests are devised and set up based on quantity- and quality-based goals so as to encourage a proactive approach in personnel as well as improving their problem-solving abilities.
Our knowledge of the various MMR and GDS channels makes it easy for us to plan and check staff activities and enables Pardgroup to send regular customised reports to the Customer.
